Clean and you get free snacks, MOST of the people are nice. Pay can be good if you stay long enough.

Cons

Everything else. Don't let the good reviews fool you. You will be trained ad nauseum. They could let you go during the training for no good reason even though you never get the chance to prove yourself for the position you were hired for.

For most people, they are new to this industry and to speak with customers and/or prospects intelligently one must learn the vocabulary associated with it. We have found when people are unable to accept our help and learn this new vocabulary, it is best for us to part ways. 99% of our employees have successfully completed this initial training.

Base pay was terrible. The commission was good. if they liked you, they would slice your territory well—otherwise a meat grinder.

Cons

If not part of their club Scientology, bad territory and poor treatment.

it was okay when I started. But then we got a new CEO and everything went downhill. Mass exodus started occurring due to things such as RTO and the pay being WAY below market average. It’s crazy that they spent so much money at the Blackhat convention wrapping taxis to take people around….. yet claim to have no budget for simple things we ask for such as a small salary increase. On top of that they are opening a brand new office in DC and I bet it’s because that’s where Bryan resides. KnowBe4 joined forces with another company who is based in NYC and they treat those SDRs and employees better than ours and give more recognition - how is that fair?? I also heard that they got rid of the 30 mile radius rule for those that live far, so that they don’t have to come in the office 4 days a week. They must want more people to quit! The recent 5 star reviews that have been left are DEFINITELY a lie
