Pay has always been lower than market rate, no matter how much justifying you will see from the company in these reviews. They used to deflect by saying "but our bonus game". Well now it's paying half of what it used to be, that excuse no longer works. Even with the bonus game it was still under market. Now they are coming for the other perks that made this place bearable. Making the current hybrid schedule worse is a deathblow to morale. There's also talk of tightening the dress code. We were already losing staff at an alarming rate. With more than a handful to our direct competitors... And your response is to make it worse? Not sure what they are expecting to happen. Maybe it's an indirect way to lay off staff... If so, it's working wonderfully. I've been here awhile and I'm actively looking as are most of the people I speak with.

-New Ceo is horrible and actually forced employees to leave reviews here. -Company is growing in terms of revenue and is up year over year yet they drastically cut commissions and bonus every year. -Horrible Leadership team that is heavily involved in Scientology -Everyone who is in the Sales department is job hunting due to lackluster pay and a toxic workplace. Leadership is disconnected from the challenges reps face and encourage spamming current customers in hopes of generating revenue. Egress was also recently acquired and account managers are expected to sell Defend for inbound email security however leadership won’t approve POV’s quickly and the product is outclasses by Abnormal and Avanan. -Highly recommend not working here, employees have moved to better companies like Abnormal.
