Pros
Of all the Pros I can list about this company, I want to start off with the people.
I have never enjoyed working with a group more, than when I became a member of this community here at Knowbe4. Everyone is kind and welcoming- a personality test is required upon the hiring process- which I feel is a direct result of the pleasant, positive nature of Knowbe4 employees.
But there are so many reasons to feel great about this company and what it offers.
Unlimited Paid time off- they WANT you to go on vacation. Cash bonuses every month,
Yoga every Wednesday, freedom to wear what you like to work, free Gym Memberships to Anytime Fitness, They take care of you with free food/snacks/coffee to keep you going through your day.
I can go on about the amenities that come along with working here, but I feel the most important aspect of a job, the place you spend majority of your day, all week, every week, is that you don't dread it. You don't show up counting down the hours until you can finally leave- and Knowbe4 is that job for me. As unusual as it may sound, I love coming to work, I take pride in the company I work for and I'm excited that change occurs frequently here because there's always something new to learn, and my days are always fun and interesting.
There is so much room to grow at Knowbe4 and I think ultimately that's what keeps employees motivated- the potential for new opportunities!
Cons
I have to be honest, I waited a few months to write this review, to really get a feel for Knowbe4 before just writing an objective review about what I was told this place was like... and you really just have to experience it yourself. It's fast paced and change is constant- if you can keep up with the momentum you'll love your job, if you can't then it may not be for you.
