We have employee development specialists and a dedicated training team who are great resources for developing professionally at KnowBe4. We are also confused by your first con as all our sales positions aside from interns are full-time positions.

Pays well and each month you receive commission

Cons

Management expects high energy and positive work culture. But the actual job is very boring and mundane. You make 30 calls each day as touch points to your clients, who typically do not want to hear from you. Typically companies do security awareness training twice a year and your job is to have them do it every month. Just doesn’t make sense.
