      Once great, now starting to crater.

      Pros

      Getting harder to list pros.. The people here are generally very high quality and some of the best I've worked with but that's changing. Top talent is leaving and I don't see it recovering anytime soon.

      Cons

      Pay has always been lower than market rate, no matter how much justifying you will see from the company in these reviews. They used to deflect by saying "but our bonus game". Well now it's paying half of what it used to be, that excuse no longer works. Even with the bonus game it was still under market. Now they are coming for the other perks that made this place bearable. Making the current hybrid schedule worse is a deathblow to morale. There's also talk of tightening the dress code. We were already losing staff at an alarming rate. With more than a handful to our direct competitors... And your response is to make it worse? Not sure what they are expecting to happen. Maybe it's an indirect way to lay off staff... If so, it's working wonderfully. I've been here awhile and I'm actively looking as are most of the people I speak with.

      Unlimited PTO. Software is easy to use and sell.

      Cons

      Cuts pay to workers with no explanation. No raises unless you get a promotion. Drowns employees in unnecessary policies. Lots of positions have to justify their existence by making other positions more difficult.

      Hello, this is Lars (Chief Revenue Officer). We truly value all our revenue producing employees and believe you are doing an amazing job! We do everything we can to make KnowBe4 the ideal workplace for sales professionals. We have not cut pay to anyone in the revenue sector. On the contrary, this year we had a 5% cost of living adjustment to match base pay with inflation. As a high growth organization with new products available and changing account values, it is essential that we occasionally adjust the compensation structure for certain departments in the revenue sector in order to keep pay from being turbulent. I believe this may be what you are referring to. All VPs and directors clearly communicate these changes with their teams and the changes do not affect on-track earnings for employees, so everyone can still expect to make the same amount of commissions under the adjusted structure. If you feel that is not true, please let your management know so they can communicate it up the chain. If you prefer to remain anonymous, then please use the suggestion boxes located in our offices and virtually as well.

      If you’re reading this, please understand you are reading this review from a former employee. You may be thinking, ‘this is going to be good, I’m going to get the dirt on them’. Think again. KnowBe4 is a place of opportunity. This company is run by IT Cybersecurity visionaries who invest 100% in the strategic goals of the company and their clients, as well the 800 employees who work for the organization. Stu and Lars lead by example and if you are looking for a job in the area, apply within. Upward expansion and growth in your position is encouraged and fully supported by management. Clients come first and are supported by dedicated CSM’s who ensure client success. Doing things Right, Fast and Fun is the company motto end every single employee lives up to the slogan. Their platform is second to none and can be fully automated within hours of the initial set up. I was let go, but I am beyond proud to say I was part of this rapidly expanding Cybersecurity organization.

      Cons

      None at all. As the company grows and departmental flaws need be addressed, the Growth Department here is superb with handling issues in a timely fashion.
