Most of the staff is friendly

Cons

The recruiters lie to you when being hired, saying you will make this much and you won't. Also They say their leads are great leads that come in, another lie. There is no help at all, you ask for help from your managers, wait a bunch of hours because that is how long it will take to get an answer.

Micromanaged to death. Even if you hit goals they don't let up. People that have been there for a while don't have to make any calls to got goals. Good leads seem to be filtered to management and people that they seem can close them. They close more because they are given more opportunity. 99% cold calling

I am sorry you feel that way. Just to clarify, it is 100% false that we have sales reps on the floor that "don't have to make any calls". We have a shared system where anyone can see others' call numbers. The lead system is an automated round robin, Leads are not assigned by any single individual. Favoritism is impossible with the current configuration. There is no micromanagement unless an individual is not keeping up with their leads. As a team, we do "push" beyond the point of hitting initial targets because we all want to keep having record setting months and quarters. The pushing is not stressful as anyone here on the last fews day a month would see. There are cheers, horns going off and a TON of positive motivation to do more than we have ever done before.
