      Pros

      Super supportive environment Lots of information to learn, and KnowBe4 believes you should always be learning! Willing mentors Fun atmosphere KnowBe4 finds reasons to celebrate Don't tolerate people who are jerks to each other or customers, which is awesome!

      Cons

      You need to be willing to continue to learn - that's one of KnowBe4 things, you need to grow as a person and an employee, if you aren't willing to do that, this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      The R&D team is very innovative. I am continuously impressed with the people, I have seen the team members work tirelessly for long hours to solve complex problems and achieve their goals resulting in producing high-quality research and product outcomes like more than 80 patents overall and nearly 10 patents in just last year. R&D leadership has a strong vision and clear strategy of execution. It helps the rest of the team in staying at the front of the industry. The R&D team's ability to quickly adopt new technologies has allowed us to release innovative products that have helped to strengthen our position and stay ahead of the competition. Other departments of the company are well-oiled machines in hypergrowth and we will not be slowing down anytime soon.

      Cons

      We are competitive in our benefits but I think we have some scope for improvements like increasing the paternity from 5 days. I have overall positive feedback about the company and some of the benefits like the "Cash pool bonus" is mindblowing, I have never seen any other company paying this.
