      Cons

      Pay is bad and not comparable. There is no more radical transparency.

      Really great products and services in the cybersecurity field which will continue to grow

      Cons

      The company culture felt fake as a "knowster" at times, but maybe it was just my experience failing to fit in and get comfortable in my role

      - Remote work - Good PTO

      Cons

      - Lack of communication within some departments - Disorganized processes - They tout "radical transparency" but that seems to only apply when it's convenient/makes them look good - Many benefits that drew me to the company in the first place have been trimmed or cut altogether - Pay raises and even COLA adjustment seems to have gone out the window - I used to love the daily briefings but now they seem to only serve as a way to hype the sales team which leaves the rest of the company (the faceless ones behind the product) feeling discarded - The "company culture" seems to have taken a steady dive
