Don't expect a yearly raise, and bonuses have been reduced drastically.

We understand your concerns about the absence of cost of living adjustments in January, but it's important to clarify that this decision doesn't diminish our appreciation for your hard work. Our bonus program has already awarded a $2,000 monthly bonus and smaller bonuses this year, maintaining a trajectory similar to previous years. The base pay is 40-45k… it takes month before seeing a good commission check. The company use to be such an amazing place to work. After being bought out… the culture isn’t the same. You will be micromanaged and stressed completely out for no money

KnowBe4 invests heavily in professional development so employees can continuously expand their skills. We have lot of certifications available. Our company is a special organization that makes employees feel engaged and empowered to do their best work everyday.

Cons

I have been working here for years now and I can hardly find anything I would change. I would say we should create more exciting opportunities and programs for entry levels, high school and college graduates.
