-Not 5 days a week in office

-New Ceo is horrible and actually forced employees to leave reviews here. -Company is growing in terms of revenue and is up year over year yet they drastically cut commissions and bonus every year. -Horrible Leadership team that is heavily involved in Scientology -Everyone who is in the Sales department is job hunting due to lackluster pay and a toxic workplace. Leadership is disconnected from the challenges reps face and encourage spamming current customers in hopes of generating revenue. Egress was also recently acquired and account managers are expected to sell Defend for inbound email security however leadership won’t approve POV’s quickly and the product is outclasses by Abnormal and Avanan. -Highly recommend not working here, employees have moved to better companies like Abnormal.

I have watched my pay drop year over year since we were bought out, although they will come behind my review and state that reports show our pay has gone up that’s BS. We are shipping jobs over to underpaid employees in Costa Rica and all US employees are now no longer being considered if remote. Our new CEO is begging us to write reviews as they’ve been dropping the past few years. They are hoping anyone that remembers this was once a good place to work will leave so they can have all underpaid dullards working underpaid in one of the most expensive cities in the US.

Cons

Very judgemental leadership and high quotas. Office is super awkward. If only I was a Scientologist - maybe would’ve fit in better. Also you probably won’t get promoted unless you are they’ll just lay you off.

First and foremost, we have a very strict no politics and no religion policy at KnowBe4. Religious affiliations have never and will never impact your career placement at KnowBe4. Our go-to-market strategy, including any restructuring, has been made very clear to each and every Knowster. We use Salesforce as our CRM software, and every sales representative has a full license.
