good pay for those with no tech experience

Cons

everything else. Especially the good cop bad cop act, the managers use on employees. Management is mostly made up of local religious group members.

I have been here for 5 years and I can say that this company has not only grown in size but in heart as well. From day 1 I was impressed and didn't think it could get any better, but boy was I wrong. This company believes in full transparency and gives you a voice. I was 28 when I became a VP and no other organization would probably look twice at me. We believe in diversity and inclusion and we support this vision. Thank you KnowBe4 for taking a chance on me.

Pros

They invest in employees in many ways and make working here fun. We have a daily meeting run by Stu (CEO) and other leaders to share important items that are going on. We have a 'no door policy', coaches available to help with your job (and a career coach for future jobs) and a fun and shenanigans department that is dedicated to coming up with fun ways to get us all involved. There is tuition reimbursement and a certification policy that has bonuses for getting certified.

Cons

Can't think of any right now. Benefit prices keep going up but I think that's true for all companies.
