4yWe certainly hope candidates will read our responses to negative reviews as we hope you will read this response and follow up with us further - that’s why we write the responses :).
Firstly, we never require employees to write positive reviews of KnowBe4 anywhere. Stu, our CEO, asks employees to leave reviews a few times a year so we can collect anonymous feedback and continue to improve KnowBe4, but we would not and can not force anyone to leave us positive feedback on any of these platforms. Every employee is free to write what they wish, as you were free to write this review.
Secondly, our company-wide bonus game is also still going strong and actually earned employees more than $15,000 of additional pay throughout 2021!
Thirdly, there is no club of any kind that our senior leaders have to be a part of. We look for a diverse group of leaders who can all bring different perspectives to KnowBe4.
Finally, our policy for the round robin system is readily available for all employees to access (even those outside of sales). Please connect with your management if you need help locating this policy in our knowledge center.
