This review has been shared with Lars (KnowBe4’s Chief Revenue Officer) as well as other senior sales executives at KnowBe4 and they want you to know your concerns have been heard. We do everything we can to make KnowBe4 the ideal workplace for sales professionals. This year we had a 5% cost of living adjustment to match base pay with inflation. Well we have made small changes to some commission plans, the changes do not affect on-track earnings for employees, so everyone can still expect to make the same amount of commissions under the adjusted structure. As a high growth organization with new products available and changing account values, it is essential that we occasionally adjust the compensation structure for certain departments in the revenue sector in order to keep pay from being turbulent. If you feel these changes have negatively affected your commissions, please let your management know so they can communicate it up the chain.
