People are the heart of the organization and that was the main attraction for me. I initially interviewed for a different position and the recruiter (Isabel) listened to what my goals were and right fit me with a position coming available in the near future. I’m so glad she had the foresight to think of me for the opportunity. Keeping people at the heart of the organization is the key to an inclusive, happy workplace and they nail it.

Pros

Engaging culture, transparent growth and career development opportunities, solid employee support, people-first mindset, great benefits, companywide bonus, mindful of diversity and inclusion, open to remote work depending on the position, daily morning meeting with the CEO.

Cons

Although it's also a huge pro, the company is in hyper-growth, it moves fast — so being an employee in an international area takes extra effort to feel like part of the HQ team.
