We are definitely striving to make KnowBe4 more diverse, and we can assure you that our leadership is taking the diversity challenge very seriously. We have implemented several Employee Resource Groups for many of our minority populations and have plans for more groups to come soon. We are hiring team members who will solely work on making KnowBe4 a more diverse and welcoming workplace and we are actively recruiting talent from minority-focused platforms and recruitment events.
