Pros

I have never seen a CEO care about his employees the way that Stu does. This company has been a pleasant surprise since day one between the culture, the people, the benefits, the gatherings etc. I am happy to say I work here.

Cons

Salaries are low compared to competitors and family benefits can be unaffordable.

Pros

The no discussing politics and religion rule is followed Fun work atmosphere when you're in office No @$$hole rule is amazing "Don't get arrested on your way to work" dress code is great Health insurance for individuals is great If your department needs a tool/software in order to perform better, they are more than willing to purchase it as long as you make a good business case The 1st week of training is amazing and really sets a great tone for starting your career at KB4 The director of on boarding is AMAZING and makes that first week great Unlimited commission for sales Profit sharing bonus They will promote easily as you prove yourself Lots of great extra benefits CEO is great and really cares about his employees and company

Cons

You're told to consider the profit sharing bonus as part of your salary but most people will not get a merit bonus Salaries are below market While in the same position it's difficult to get a raise The no @$$hole rule apparently doesn't apply to the head of Employee Relations or head of HR Family health insurance is ridiculously expensive

We want to make all of our Knowsters as happy as possible so we strongly suggest you utilize the many resources available to you to help address your concerns. You can use the suggestion boxes, speak to your management, or reach out to your coach. You can also speak to a member of employee relations; if you feel like one particular member of ER isn’t listening to your concerns, we suggest reaching out to a different member, as each may have a different view of the situation and provide you with different resources. You can even address concerns with Stu (our CEO) directly - after all, we have a “no door” policy for a reason.

Management believes in transparency, so you always know what's going on. Production is rewarded and everyone is treated fairly. Just went public!
