Pros

There are so many great things about this company, that I almost don't know where to start. KnowBe4 is an innovative company that puts a lot of focus and effort to make sure that its employees are well-trained, happy and productive. The environment is demanding but fun and exciting. You will be expected to work hard but you'll sure have a lot of fun while doing it. There are tons of resources for employees and executives are supportive and accessible.

Cons

Not really a con, but performance expectations are high and the company moves at a very fast pace. So it may not be a good fit for everyone.

Pros

There are so many pros to working for KnowBe4. The pay is reasonable, the bonuses can be mind-blowing, everyone is so nice and eager to help, great benefits, and has really treated working-from-home really well. The training in the beginning is very thorough and the team makes sure you are ready for your role before you start. Plus there are so many opportunities to win prizes and extra cash.

I seriously can't think of any cons.

I like the culture. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. They tell you exactly what they want from you. Hiring process was efficient. Great HR team, Great onboarding team.

Cons

I haven’t found any. It’s been as good as advertised so far.
