      Friendly employee's, great leadership, benefits/time off, fun environment, great culture, CEO is involved in daily operations, paid gym membership

      Health insurance is expensive, 401k match

      We have changed our health insurance so we cover the employee and this year we are going to have even more exciting news on that front. Also, we have 401K matching and are adding even more benefits to this plan.

      Pros

      I can't get enough of this place. I've worked here for 6 months and I've yet to dread a day coming into work. We have such an eclectic group of people with a one goal positive like-mind set for the company. It makes each day go by quickly and getting so much done has never felt so easy. Everyone from management to your fellow co-worker is here to help. I love the no door policy, snacks, watching the storms roll in through the big open windows, morning meetings, the bonuses, and the overall excitement in the air!

      None. I can't think of anything I dislike.
