Pros
I was hired months ago in a technical capacity. I know there is a big sales side to this company, but I can't really comment on that environment myself being in the tech side.
I came off of working at a very stressful IT environment (late calls, early morning emails, weekend crunch times) and this company is the opposite of that (thank god). I do like the people here and I appreciate the laid back atmosphere. Adequate time is given for projects, and so far, any time crunches I have been given have been balanced by other duties being cleared off my plate, so there really wasn't any stress involved; and I was actually given adequate time to complete the projects.
I also like that the dress-code is relaxed.
My direct supervisor has been extremely helpful and probably the biggest advantage is that I'm told to just get my work done and left to it. No micromanagement and crazy project managing or wacky deadlines. Any tools/software I've needed were extremely fast in being provided which was nice as i have a peeve working in environments without adequate tools.
Cons
I'm personally not the biggest fan of the open office concept at work here. The company is moving to a new building in about 2-3 months time and I have seen mock-ups and it looks nice so hopefully that will help. Right now my desk is in a cluster with 4 other people so it's a little loud sometimes. I have preferred in the past having my own office and that likely will never happen here regardless of stature within the company.
The benefits are OK right now. They are just setting up a 401k but no matching right now and I had better health benefits at my last company. Supposedly this will improve in the future (and I think it will) due to company growth.
