Great team of people who are bright, team oriented, and overall positive. The majority of management views themselves as support for the production team and that shows in the way they are always willing to help, retrain, and develop others. The company wide bonus also reinforces this mentality. If you like transparency, ownership, and the ideal of winning as a team KnowBe4 is probably for you.
Cons
If you are local remote there are times you have to visit the office to pick up swag instead of having those items shipped. Not a big deal overall, but sometimes putting on pants to make that drive is a challenge.
