      Pros

      Engaging culture, transparent growth and career development opportunities, solid employee support, people-first mindset, great benefits, companywide bonus, mindful of diversity and inclusion, open to remote work depending on the position, daily morning meeting with the CEO.

      Cons

      Although it's also a huge pro, the company is in hyper-growth, it moves fast — so being an employee in an international area takes extra effort to feel like part of the HQ team.

      Pros

      Transparency is incredible CEO is one of a kind - always has great info and cares Erika and Greg are HILARIOUS Fun, inclusive atmosphere Top notch talent - everyone you'll work with is great at what they do Tons resources at your disposal to help you improve your skillset They rented out an entire theme park for us!

      Cons

      Incentive pay is a big portion of your salary. Makes sense, but what you wont learn until you're in the position is that there's a lot of cannabalism between csm levels. If you work with smaller accounts, you'll be taking hits to your incentive almost every month, even if your accounts are happily renewing.

      Pros

      I have never seen a CEO care about his employees the way that Stu does. This company has been a pleasant surprise since day one between the culture, the people, the benefits, the gatherings etc. I am happy to say I work here.

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to competitors and family benefits can be unaffordable.
