Hello and thank you for taking the time you leave us your feedback. While you don’t seem unhappy at KnowBe4, you also don’t seem as happy as you could be. We want to make all of our Knowsters as happy as possible so we strongly suggest you utilize the many resources available to you to help address your concerns. You can use the suggestion boxes, speak to your management, or reach out to your coach. You can also speak to a member of employee relations; if you feel like one particular member of ER isn’t listening to your concerns, we suggest reaching out to a different member, as each may have a different view of the situation and provide you with different resources. You can even address concerns with Stu (our CEO) directly - after all, we have a “no door” policy for a reason.
