Pros

My individual team is very kind & easy to get along with. Generally a good work/life balance.

Cons

The company is quite open about their support of the republican party. Fox news on all the TVs, all the time. It's horrible. Big fans of DOGE. HR manager is the daughter of the owner, so you never know if you bring an issue up that it will actually be handled (especially if it goes against leadership's POV). Maternity leave does not exist, yet there is this weird obsession with proving it's a family-oriented company (i.e., bring your kids to work day, etc.) Unclear direction as far as business strategy is concerned; consistently shifting objectives/focuses.
