Pros
Pays weekly, easy onboarding, doesn’t micromanage.
Cons
Difficult to communicate with…the people are pleasant, the issue is their hours. For example, I was placed by them in a position working for the state (Monday-Friday, 8-4:30), the same hours as knowledge services. In my position we were not allowed to have our cell phones out while on the floor, we also did not have any way for any outside person to contact us directly via work phone. Knowledge would call and leave voicemails for me throughout the day expecting me to call back. I asked them to please email my state email if they need me to get in touch. They said they couldn’t replace our personal email with the state one , I said I can’t have my personal email up during work on the state computer.and can not have my cell phone out during work. They refused to do anything other than call and email my personal stuff…but acted shocked when I didn’t get their messages until after 4:30 when I got off of work, at which time they were closed. It was maddening that they were not able to comprehend or adjust to accommodate the people they placed into jobs or the companies in which they placed them with!!!
