You are correct in acknowledging that many family units are represented at Knowledge Services. Being a family-oriented and family-friendly organization is something in which we take great joy! We are sorry that you feel this way, and anyone on our HR team would be happy to learn of your issues or concerns so that they may be addressed appropriately and professionally. 3. For many years Knowledge Services has experienced consistent 30-40% year-over-year growth, which is exciting for most everyone on our team! In fact, our growth has resulted in 41% of corporate positions being filled from within. We believe in providing consistent raises and, in the last 12 months alone, 88% of our team members received pay increases. It has and remains our goal at Knowledge Services to provide an environment of personal and professional growth and development.
