      Koala has an amazing culture and great people. It's a fun working environment...... we work very hard, but it's enjoyable every step of the way.

      Pros

      - Company that cares about what it does and how it does it. Open and honest. - Great team with good sense of humour - Can work from home - Good pay - Little things like welcome packs when you start, allowing dogs in the office and Kombucha on tap

      Cons

      - Still a growing company so don't expect to be on cruise control - Decisions can be made fast with little warning - Has to carefully balance what the company was , is now and will be to its employees and customers
