      Cons

      Management clearly has no idea what they’re doing. They’ve invested more in paying for higher ups than investing in their staff. Overworked, underpaid and information doesn’t trickle down so you’re constantly wondering what’s happening. Culture is a shell of what it used to be but ego at an all time high.

      Pros

      Truly flexible environment and inclusive. The business is rapidly growing and with that comes opportunities to grow and gain exposure to parts of the business you otherwise wouldn't. Very transparent culture with some awesome values and you get to work with industry leaders with some great experience under their belt.

      Cons

      extremely fast paced (this can also be a pro though), with the massive amount of growth, may not have time to settle in and learn the business's needs and expectations.
