      * down to earth culture, no big egos * the company's genuine commitment to social and environmental causes * fast paced environment but you learn a lot and always have someone to lend a hand and help develop your skills

      Pros

      Koala operates with small teams which allows for each person to take a large share of the responsibility. Additionally, Koala is a very flexible organization giving proactive individuals agency to propose and implement ideas which can shape the business significantly.

      Cons

      Being a smaller organization, there is less vertical growth within your role and if you are already relatively senior, you might not have anyone more senior to learn from.
