      So many SOPs, it sets my soul on fire to feel like I'm walking into a structured work place which is so rare these days in my experience Lots of support as you get used to your role Great learning opportunities Great PTO policy

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming at the beginning but you have so much support around you that it doesn't leave a bad taste US Team is just beginning to grow so roles are in development but it works well for people willing to put in the work

      Pros

      Generally feel heard and seen. It feels like you can make a positive impact in the role you're in and leadership listen and support. The people make it - everyone at Koala is passionate and supportive. Office culture is great with breakfast and lunch provided, a comfortable and safe environment.

      Cons

      Mandatory back to office implementation without much warning but they have given us support to transition.
