Pros

I worked with great people (local and remote) who supported me throughout my time with Kodak Alaris. I had a great manager who was approachable and supportive. I was supplied with all the tools and company vehicle to perform my duties and I enjoyed the travel and diversity of the work.

Cons

The only downside for me was the low salary given the over 25 years of experience I brought to the role. The only reason I left was based on my salary shortfall that I could not sustain.

Pros

Very friendly company, work flexible and good booking holidays, they don't cancel your holidays and you choose when.

Cons

There are not many social events in order to speak with other workmates and the office is always nearly empty, many people is working from home.
