Thank you for your very positive review! It is good to hear that many of the same great qualities of Kodak Alaris employees in the US are present int he UK. In the US, our intern program is one avenue we are using to build a pipeline of early career talent for the future of our company. In addition, our senior leaders have hosted networking opportunities with early career employees who are in the Rochester area.

Pros

It was a very good experience, team was friendly and the work was not too bad either. The pay was very generous as well.

Cons

Problem would be you are not to leave the complex on your breaks during the shift. The shifts themselves were 12 hours which are long.

Company is sinking. It just feels like those times where Eastman Kodak announced being in chapter 11 (bankrupt)

We are a profitable company however tough decisions need to be made when we don’t deliver against our goals. We cannot payout bonuses when we do not fulfill all of our commitments to our owners . Maybe in Mexico it is legal to fire people based on age, but your suggestion is not only illegal in the US, it is short sighted. We have many experienced people who bring a wealth of expertise and talent to the challenges we are facing. Yes, we need to keep moving to change the culture, but getting rid of people over 40 isn’t going to do that! - Paul (Human Resources)
