Pros

As an American Company, Kodak Alaris offers good salaries and flexibility. It is for instance very well accepted to work remotely (home office).

Cons

It is unfortunately not a healthy, dynamic and growing company and as such development opportunities are tiny as well as budgets to support team-building events, travels, internal development programs, etc...

As a young company, spun off from Eastman Kodak, we are in the midst of transformation - some businesses are repositioning themselves while other are indeed growing. This can constrain spending at times.
