Pros

I have been with this company for over two years. They really have a heart when it comes to its employees. They bought a caregiver a car who was in a bad accident and did not have a way to get to work. They gave bonuses to all long term employees and didn't have too. So far my experience has been really good and I hope to stay with them for a long time.

Cons

The health insurance is good but dental could be better.

Koelsch is a great place to build a career! I work with a lot of smart and fun people and there is so much encouragement from management to work on career growth. I highly recommend this as a place to work.

Cons

We are growing a sometimes it can be hard to keep up.

Being able to work alongside great co-workers is a huge plus, and a supervisor that is easy to get along with is terrific. We couldn’t agree more that staff turnover is a concern. Please speak directly with your supervisor on turnover ideas and a compensation plan, as it sounds like you have developed a great rapport.
