      Few things missing to get 5 stars

      Pros

      Pretty good pay, benefits, opportunities to work on cutting edge technologies.

      Cons

      Do not promote from within even though it's conveyed that's their model, long working hours if you want to be recognized as successful, very limited technical training opportunities, no emphasis on personal development plans.

      One of the worst retail positions I've ever held.

      Pros

      There were occasional employee appreciation days, where they would have some sort of food like sundaes or pizza (for some reason I remember having corn on the cob as well).

      Cons

      The management was horrible at the store I worked at, the credit expectations were ridiculous. I wash't even a cashier (I was a Merchandise Associate) and they were still on my back about how many credit cards I opened, like I wasn't spending all of my shifts clearing out fitting rooms and putting clothes away.

      Pros

      Company overall is ok but the biggest pleasure came from working with the customers. The customers are loyal and are the greatest asset.

      Cons

      Management puts unrealistic pressure on floor associates that leads to questionable practices as it pertains to signing up new members for credit applications. Most applicants are signed up for a credit card during application process to meet monthly quota for credit card applications. Management does not take time to foster talents of floor associates that could benefit the store and company as a whole. Pay is below national average for supervisors.
