There is a requirement per day to get so many credit apps (per store, not per employee) and it causes a lot of unnecessary stress.
Little to no opportunity to advance within the company
The benefits can be inconsistent. The discount is always there but sometimes they would take away our holiday parties or they wouldn't reward us for customer compliments
Can get dramatic... like all retail jobs, there tends to be the select group that work there for a long time and then there is a revolving door of 18-year olds who just want a job because their mom and dad told them to...sometimes having the younger kids there can be annoying so if you are the younger kid, don't be a drama queen, respect those who have been there, and find a mentor. It'll help you in the long run. It definitely helped me!
