customers are rude, must push store credit card, must stay late until the store is recovered so expect to be there till 1 to 2 AM, Managers dont have a clue, not enough sales associates to meet customer demand, minimum wage, 25 cent raise a year at best, they operate to make associates perform double work.

As is probably the case with most retail - managers care more about making sales/credit application quotas than about associates. I spent several years at customer service without ever getting promoted to cs on the payroll, despite others hired as cs but working POS getting paid the CS wage. No loyalty to associates over customers. Have had instances where customer completely berated and insulted me in front of the manager and (despite the customer returning something that had clearly been stolen) the manager said nothing to the customer and even went out of his way to refund the item against store policy.
