      Pros

      KOHL'S is one of the few retailers that are doing well considering the current economy. Lower prices on name brand merchandise and much more. Electronic Signing which diplaces prices of merchandise on each merchaandise fixture is one of many examples of how KOHL'S is staying ahead of the competition in regards to the future.

      Cons

      Most associates are part time with the exception of hourly department supervisors. Certain departments like toys, fashion accessories, and housewares are often neglected due to priority of departments.

      Pros

      Great Benefits Good Management and Chain-of-Command Decent Pay Good Hours (Mon - Fri, business hours) Huge place with HUGE cafeteria offering everything you could imagine Day flys by due to busy pace Up-to-date computer applications Method for everything - if you can follow directions, you can do your job!!!

      Cons

      Computer monitors are small for some of the professions that otherwise could do better with larger Set-up in cubicles not always ergonomically satisfactory (can slouch easily/hurt shoulders/neck from the way things are set up... so I get creative :) )
