CSTN has a caring team of individuals who are constantly problem-solving to better support schools and Guest Teachers. There's a lot of autonomy, so if you have an idea you often have the freedom to run with it. 100% of the team is passionate about education, which makes it a great environment to be in.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly (which is a positive), so there are always surprises. Someone who isn't adaptable would have a hard time here.

Suuuuper flexible with hours/days that you can and cant work Work with you to find the best fit between Guest Teacher and School CSTN higher ups are very easy to get ahold of if you ever need assistance Being in the class is easy if you are a confident person. It is not about knowing the content as much as it is about having a presence and being a positive role model for the kids

Cons

First couple weeks, they have you wake up at 5:30am to be on call so you can get a feel for different assignments. This took me a day or two to get used to because I am not a morning person.

Staff is very helpful. Anytime I have a question I call the number on their website and someone is always ready to help me. The process of getting hired is fast. It took me about 2 weeks to complete the whole process and I was booking classes non stop after that.

Cons

You really have to be aware of job postings because they get booked fast!
