Suuuuper flexible with hours/days that you can and cant work Work with you to find the best fit between Guest Teacher and School CSTN higher ups are very easy to get ahold of if you ever need assistance Being in the class is easy if you are a confident person. It is not about knowing the content as much as it is about having a presence and being a positive role model for the kids

Cons

First couple weeks, they have you wake up at 5:30am to be on call so you can get a feel for different assignments. This took me a day or two to get used to because I am not a morning person.

This is a very good place to start your substitute teaching jobs. They explain everything to you and help you get onboard quickly to put you into the classrooms.

Cons

At this time, I'm still learning the teaching field so I have nothing negative to say.

Every teaching environment is new and can be hostle. Not a lot of teaching on how to be the best sub as well.
