Pros

The coworkers are great. To many good people scared to leave because they feel secure.

Cons

Management is more worried about finding the fall guy and covering their own butt when issues arise. Talent and work ethic does not matter, Its all who you know. To many managers working on their own agenda. They even offer gift cards to you skip lunch and take calls, then never come through with them.

Pros

Company really offers great opportunities to move up and move around internally. Culture is mostly relaxed with many employees have been there for 10+ years. Newly renovated building is great. Most of middle management is friendly and experienced as well as approachable.

Cons

President/CEO is a micromanager, making it difficult for middle management to operate effectively. No structured future planning is done as company direction and focus is continually changed almost week to week. Staff level employees quickly get frustrated as direction is given by their direct supervisor as well as President often contradicting itself. Environment is very hostile between managers and President. Meetings are poorly organized, usually called spur of the moment. President/CEO usually verbally abuses employees with name calling and screaming and belittles employees. President continually makes poor judgement with little understanding of scope and leaves middle management to deal with blow back as well as take the blame. Also favoritism is clearly shown to the younger female staff with rapid promotions to positions/responsibilities which they are clearly unqualified for and have no experience in. This creates a "can't be touched" environment and puts employees against one another. Sadly, many great employees have left because of the treatment and poor conditions leaving a grossly under qualified staff with no day to day leadership.
