Pros

May be useful to someone interested in printing devices sales. Printing outsoursing and financing ensure better market position. Some sales people are unexpectedly good so there can be someone you can learn from

Cons

Polish management is weak. Unexpected personnel actions lead to demoralization of staff. Their local girlfriends are promoted, others are ignored. Ukrainian department managers are dumb and seem to have some personal problems - they don't really communicate with their employees in a normal way. Unexperienced, untrustful and dumb. Salaries are best case average. Huge difference between management and employees. Managers consider their personnel as cattle rather than people. No medical insurance available at all and that's very important for Ukraine. Many people are leaving on their own initiative. Some after only two month of employment.

Pros

Starting pay is professional. Larger company to accomplish your larger sales goals. Good entry level opportunity after you are right out of college and can achieve a real career opportunity. If you have another opportunity by all means take that one instead.

Cons

Branch Management is not professional or refined enough to keep talent. Regional and corporate management need to make decisions when it comes to promotions. Local branch managers should not be given the ability to promote. This makes for a personal favorite approach instead of a professional "job earned approach". Too many bar-time favorites get the nod, leaving harder working family oriented personnel at a disadvantage. No loyalty of past work, in short this is a "whores market".
