Pros
- PTO is okay - Some flexibility with schedule - Some of upper management is very concerned with wellbeing of employees
Cons
- Disorganized - Too hierarchical - Has random people training that often are not very effective at training, not very well organized and can be rude unprovoked - The employees that think they’re more important are unnecessarily rude to “lower tier employees” - Not enough employees to complete everything they expect done in the allotted time
