Pros

Friendly colleagues Good culture Opportunities to learn Stepping stone

Cons

Top Management with no appreciation to the staff. Only the department senior management who know how to make simple KPI and will dare to fight with their teams will get higher score. Other department without this type of senior management team only can be treated unfairly! Top management only will comment but without property support project. But when project failure then blame others not properly check before start the project. Expatriate assign to here not even a manager but become the top management member in the company and leading the teams.
