Worked for over ten years pay was ok below industry standard no raises the last 5 years 830 to 5 hours

Some good people but new management came in thinking they know everything. Meeting. .meetings. .meeting. Without the staff. To keep the place a mystery from within. This allowed them to separate themselves. Management began to ignore simple salutations

Made good money for awhile. More help than you need.

Everybody is an expert. Too many Vice Presidents. More VP's than a bank and no one told them it is a title only. If Xerox VP's went to Harvard. KM VP in some cases don't have a GED.
