Pros

The company has a great set of people to work for/with and a nice variety of projects to work on and allow personal/professional development into most technology stacks you might be interested in. The office is in a great neighbourhood for both living and working in Toronto, lots of great lunch places and a short distance to walk if you live downtown. The vacation time is quite generous, and allows for some good downtime between bigger projects.

Cons

Training when beginning the company is short, and the management style is unconventional. It can take a little while to get used to the flat company structure but comes in handy when you need something done quickly.

Pros

Fantastic people, young and vibrant community, hard-working and ambitious at core. A solid vision for where the company will be and all of the tools to get there. Ping pong, snacks, beer and foosball...the classic startup feel with all of the perks of being more established. Oh right, a King West office for the icing on the cake!

Cons

It's hard to fill positions as fast as it's growing.

Pros

- Awesome culture, with some of the best people I've ever worked with. Feels like going to work with your friends everyday. - You get to work on some pretty high profile projects that your friends and family will instantly recognize. It's pretty nice seeing something you've worked on out in the wild on a billboard or something. - Some pretty sweet perks; foosball, ping pong, video games, in-office beer tap, and multiple company sponsored outings like ski-trips/paintball/sports. Pay is competitive and management rewards hard work.

Cons

- Can be tough to fit to the culture at first, but pretty much everyone seems to eventually find a niche. - You've got to be willing to put in extra time, certainly a lot of overtime. - No working from home ability.
