Everything changes all the time. From position responsibilities, to management, to products, it can be tough to keep up with everything.

- Good pay check comparing to similar jobs in Orlando area. - Good work/life balance.

Cons

- Lack of focus from upper management is making the company sink. All teams seem not to be able to do the same thing for more than a month. It's a common sense for different areas and offices. - The bad bad bad development quality of the last features is scary, not to mention the delays. Kony relies right now only on its past, with the solid platform that was built and upgraded during time.
