Work with extremely talented and smart people who truly want to achieve the same goal - to see Kony succeed. In the HQ office, there are weekly happy hours, monthly birthday celebrations and monthly themed office parties/lunches. Today the CEO himself hand served me a glass of red wine at happy hour!

Cons

If you are coming from a large corporate environment to a small company, like Kony, you will find it has it's set of challenges, but you just have to keep a positive attitude and contribute to making changes in the right direction.
