      The absolute worst place to work. Stay far away

      Pros

      Technology is great and the space is hot. The people outside of management are nice to deal with. Compensation is good

      Cons

      This is the worst place you can ever imagine. The executive management is the poorest I have ever seen. There is no process or structure, things change weekly. It is too bad since the product is very good and customers respond to it. I can't see the company surviving with the current management team. The place is a revolving door with never ending turnover. Stay far away

      INITIAL pay offer, other than nothing is great here.. u may get chance to work on mobile technologies.

      Cons

      0% process, there is a talk going on that, some other consulting company may take over soon..no work life balance...
