a) no internal parity b) no HR functions..they hardly ever come to ask for anyone's well being c) wide divide between platform and delivery teams..the platform treats best brains in delivery in worst possible manner..they wont even believe you can write a small ant script at your own!! d) no internals technical knowledge is granted to delivery units about core products...the "black box" secrecy is maintained at all times by platform management. e) zero technical growth at delivery unit for strong, experienced professionals f) good brains from MNC's hired at delivery..they only find it later they have been robbed of professional growth g) favouritism rules in performance reviews h) salaries are darkest secrets..zero credibility i) no continuous learning programs j) no library..no promotion to learning or certifications k) you can't challenge the platform guys for anything..they add blows to respect l) being technically sound is bad for career in kony delivery..there is no challenging task for enterprise or framework oriented brains m) management is slowly bringing few folks together and taking them to "safe" location..the feeling is too strong the delivery will soon be liquidated

1. The senior management and middle management change the policies and decisions everyday and they blame you for any negative impacts while you are executing them. 2. No career road map for anybody. 3. Middle management and Senior management do not know how to run the services business. 4. Company is running on a high risk conveyor belt and customers are not paying them for months, engaged in lot of disputes at all levels. 5. Appraisals and promotions are purely on luck and favouritisim. 6. They hire people from very big MNC' s just to demoralize them. 7. The environment is purely designed for failure for any project. 8. Platform team and their support is big chaos. 9. They are understaffed in all respects, so people were slogging all through the midnights and weekends. 10. No Work culture at all, we see people struggling to meet their deliverables everyday. 11. There are rumors that this company will be sold shortly, not sure when ?
