Pros
In the lowest rungs of the ladder there are some cool people.
Cons
This is probably one of the worst companies I have worked for. I have never seen a company so resistant to progress. Almost all of the leadership has huge chips on their shoulders. Let me put it like this: this tiny little office (the Orlando location) has reserved parking spaces for their Higher level managers despite almost every program being under water; this just perfectly highlights what is wrong here. They are so arrogant, and have severe god complexes. When you ask why they are using poor processes, their response is “we’ve always done it that way”. When they hit financial problems, because Ofcourse they do, I saw them lay off or furlough almost all of their senior level people (most of whom were there for 10+ years). Way to be loyal and build morale guys! Their technological incompetence is amazing to me. Again, these old timers refuse to listen. They have no version control or bug tracking. Stuff goes missing all of the time. I spent over a year there and they couldn’t get my title right. They think a graphic designer and a 3d artist is the same thing because “they make graphics”. That isn’t a joke. They used the wrong title for me my entire time there, and refuse to change it. There are also no leads, so there is no accountability. They put everything on the shoulders of project managers rather than creating leads who specialize in a discipline. Ugh, I could go on and on...and don’t even get me started on hr; extremely crooked. but if you are a 3d artist worth your salt, stay away! They pay poorly, will call you a graphic designer, and are only concerned about having a butt in a seat from 8-5 than making progress.
